All Systems Red — Team Onboarding

A PC / Unity 3D survival horror game. This site gets a new teammate set up and explains how the team works together.

Where things stand (2026-09-21). The repository and its rules are in place, and it's on GitHub as a private repo. The Unity project (Game/) has not been created yet, so a few steps below are marked as waiting.

Getting started

  1. Read How we work. It's short, and it explains the one rule that matters most: the spec is canon.
  2. Follow Start for your role. It has a checklist that remembers your progress in this browser, and finishing the common steps unlocks the rest of this site.
  3. Open the two interactive diagrams below to see how the tools and the asset pipeline fit together. Click any box for details.
  4. If you're stuck, ask the person in the table further down.

Start

Install the tools, clone the repo, and work through a checklist for your role.

What isn't on this site

The world and lore spec (Planet_Spec_Sheet.md), the production plan and the reference art live in the repository, not here. This site covers tools and process only.

These pages are plain HTML files in the repository's site/team/ folder, and are marked noindex so search engines skip them — the link isn't secret, but it isn't meant to be found. Open site/index.html from a clone, or serve the folder from any static host. Nothing here needs a server. Last updated 2026-09-22.
